| Abstract |
The
article analyses the leading role played
by the priest/journalist Davide Albertario
in the catholic antisemite propaganda of
the late 19th century. He was director of
«L'Osservatore Cattolico», a
Milan-based daily paper belonging to the
catholic press network controlled by the
Vatican, that published many articles
against the Jews, notably involving the blood
libel. |
