StoricaMente is a
peer-reviewed academic electronic journal.
StoricaMente was launched in 2005 on the
initiative of a group of young scholars
from the Dipartimento di Storia Culture Civiltą of Bologna
University. The editorial team expanded
in the following years with the inclusion
of several researchers from other departments
(Dams and Paleografia e Medievistica). The
Journal is characterized by a multidisciplinary
approach that combines disciplines such
as History, Anthropology, Geography and
Film Studies. It focuses on scientific papers
that report results from original researches
(all evaluated by double-blind
peer review) and presents topics of
historiographic interest as well as for
the general public, together with teaching
material aiming to bridge the gap between
academic research and educational practices.
